By accessing or using SEO Rank Profile's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

SEO Rank Profile provides Google Business Profile optimization and ranking services. Our services are designed to improve visibility in local search results and Google Maps. Results may vary based on multiple factors including competition, location, and market conditions.

3. Service Delivery

Fast Track/Priority orders begin processing within 24-48 hours. Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with potential delays up to 5 working days during high-volume periods. We reserve the right to modify delivery timelines based on order volume.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy.

5. Priority Guarantee

For Priority/Fast Track orders only: If we fail to deliver the service as described, you may be eligible for a complimentary $79 package. This guarantee may not apply during periods of exceptionally high order volume. Eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information and maintaining access to your Google Business Profile. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or in violation of Google's terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEO Rank Profile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
